The Bitval Affiliate Program is a partner program for approved affiliates who promote Bitval to a broader audience through verified channels and receive revenue share on qualifying activity generated through their affiliate link, code, or other approved tracking method.
The Affiliate Program is separate from the Bitval Rewards Program and the Bitval Referral Program. The Referral Program is intended for standard user referrals, while the Affiliate Program is designed for professional partners, including KOLs, publishers, communities, media partners, and other high-traffic or business-development partners.
Participation in the Affiliate Program is subject to Bitval’s approval and, where applicable, a separate affiliate agreement, commercial arrangement, or other written terms between Bitval and the affiliate partner. This Guide describes the general binding framework of the Affiliate Program and may be supplemented by tier-specific terms, commercial terms, campaign terms, or operational requirements communicated by Bitval from time to time.
Participation in the Affiliate Program is available only to partners approved by Bitval.м
Eligibility for the Affiliate Program is subject to the submission of the Application form, available here [https://forms.gle/VYZkB2rkESvCJwpa8], and meeting the requirements determined by Bitval, which may include:
submission of an application in the form required by Bitval:
verification of the applicant’s identity, business details, ownership, or operating channels;
disclosure of the applicant’s promotional channels, target geographies, audience profile, and traffic sources;
compliance with applicable law, regulation, platform rules, and Bitval policies;
operation only in jurisdictions where the promotion of Bitval services and the use of such services are permitted;
compliance with Bitval’s onboarding, due diligence, KYC, AML, sanctions, and risk-review requirements;
maintenance of an active account or partner relationship in good standing; and
where applicable, achievement of minimum performance criteria, including first-time depositors, net fees generated, channel quality, or other metrics set by Bitval.
Approval into the Affiliate Program is at Bitval’s sole discretion. Bitval may accept or reject any application without obligation to provide a reason.
Bitval may assign affiliates to different tiers, including Growth, Pro, Strategic, or other custom tiers, based on commercial terms, verified channels, expected traffic, historical performance, first-time depositors, net fees generated, or other factors Bitval considers relevant.
Once approved, an Affiliate may receive a tracking link, referral code, dashboard access, campaign materials, branding materials, account support, or other tools made available by Bitval for the affiliate’s approved promotional activity.
Affiliate commissions are generally structured as a profit share based on qualifying trading fees or other qualifying activity generated by referred users, as determined by Bitval and/or the applicable affiliate agreement.
Bitval may offer different affiliate tiers, including for example:
A1 (Growth): 50% profit share;
A2 (Pro): 70% profit share; and
A3 (Strategic): 70%+ profit share or other custom commercial terms, as specifically agreed.
The distribution of the applicable profit share is subject to Bitval discretion and is to be distributed within 5 (five) business days from the user transaction that generated the respective profit.
Any tier, percentage, campaign structure, product scope, or custom arrangement may be set, changed, limited, capped, or negotiated by Bitval in the applicable agreement or internal configuration.
Where Bitval supports sub-affiliate or multi-level structures, such arrangements will apply only if expressly approved by Bitval and configured by Bitval. Any such arrangement will be governed by the specific commercial terms assigned to that affiliate account.
An affiliate is responsible for ensuring that all promotions, statements, and content used in connection with Bitval are accurate, fair, not misleading, and compliant with applicable law and Bitval’s content or brand guidelines. The affiliate must not make false claims, guarantees of profit, misleading performance statements, or any statement that misrepresents Bitval, its services, or the risks associated with digital asset trading.
Where required by applicable law or platform standards, the affiliate must clearly disclose its relationship with Bitval, including that it may receive compensation or revenue share for successful referrals.
Bitval may review affiliate performance on a periodic basis, including monthly evaluations, and may upgrade, downgrade, suspend, restrict, or terminate an affiliate’s tier or participation based on performance, quality of traffic, compliance findings, inactivity, commercial considerations, regulatory concerns, or breach of this Guide, the affiliate agreement, or other Bitval policies.
Commissions will accrue only in respect of valid, tracked, and qualifying referred activity as determined by Bitval. Bitval may exclude from commission calculations any activity that is fraudulent, abusive, self-referred, duplicated, improperly attributed, reversed, refunded, charged back, unlawful, or otherwise non-qualifying.
Nothing in this Guide guarantees a minimum commission, minimum volume, minimum conversion level, continued participation, continued tier level, or continued availability of any particular product, region, campaign, or commercial term.
Bitval may assign an affiliate to a particular affiliate status, tier, or commercial arrangement based on performance, quality of traffic, trading activity generated, geographic reach, strategic value, compliance considerations, or other factors determined by Bitval.
Bitval may, at any time, upgrade, downgrade, suspend, restrict, or revoke an affiliate’s status or tier, with or without prior notice, including where:
the affiliate has been inactive for ninety (90) consecutive days;
the affiliate fails to meet any performance threshold, onboarding requirement, compliance standard, or operational requirement set by Bitval; or
Bitval determines, in its sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, that a change of affiliate status is appropriate.
For purposes of this Guide, “inactive” may include, as determined by Bitval, failure to generate new referred users, failure to generate qualifying activity, failure to engage with the Bitval community, failure to use the affiliate tools made available, or other inactivity indicators applied by Bitval.
Any change in affiliate status may result in a change to the applicable commission rate, benefits, access level, support level, promotional opportunities, or continued participation in the Affiliate Program.
An affiliate must, at all times during participation in the Affiliate Program, act in a manner that supports and promotes the Bitval community in a responsible, lawful, ethical, and professional way.
The affiliate must maintain high standards of honesty, integrity, professionalism, and fair dealing in all public communications, statements, and conduct, whether such activity relates directly to Bitval or arises in any other public-facing context, including on social media, websites, online forums, livestreams, interviews, events, in-person appearances, and any other platform or method of communication.
Without limitation, an affiliate must not engage in any conduct that, in Bitval’s opinion, may:
damage the reputation, goodwill, or public image of Bitval;
mislead users or the public;
involve abusive, deceptive, unlawful, discriminatory, harassing, offensive, or unethical behavior;
undermine confidence in Bitval, its services, or the Bitval community; or
otherwise fall short of the professional and ethical standards reasonably expected by Bitval.
The affiliate must ensure that all public disclosures relating to Bitval are accurate, fair, not misleading, and consistent with applicable law and Bitval’s policies, instructions, and branding requirements.
Any failure to comply with this clause may result in immediate suspension, downgrade, restriction, or termination of the affiliate’s status, withholding or cancellation of profit share, removal from campaigns, or termination from the Affiliate Program altogether.
The Affiliate Program is offered on a discretionary basis. Bitval may modify, suspend, restrict, or terminate the Affiliate Program, any affiliate tier, any campaign, any commission structure, or any related tool or benefit at any time, including for legal, regulatory, compliance, commercial, technical, or risk-management reasons.
The Affiliate Program is not intended to constitute advertising, promotion, solicitation, or marketing of Bitval services in any jurisdiction where such activity is prohibited, restricted, or requires authorization, licensing, registration, approval, or notification that Bitval does not hold. The Affiliate Program is intended only for approved affiliates and referred users who may lawfully access and use Bitval services.
Bitval may refuse, restrict, suspend, or terminate participation in the Affiliate Program for any applicant, affiliate, or referred user located in, resident in, established in, or otherwise subject to a jurisdiction where participation or promotion would be restricted or not permitted under applicable law, regulation, regulatory guidance, or Bitval policy, including the European Union where relevant regulatory restrictions may apply.
Bitval may reject traffic, withhold commissions, reverse commissions, cancel tracked referrals, or terminate participation where it reasonably believes that an affiliate has engaged in misleading promotion, unlawful marketing, spam, brand bidding without approval, fake traffic, incentivized abuse, self-referrals, duplicate accounts, market manipulation, or any other conduct that Bitval considers improper, non-compliant, or harmful.
Bitval does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of tracking links, dashboards, reporting tools, commission systems, or other program features. Bitval is not liable for losses arising from technical issues, attribution failures, delays, outages, third-party platform restrictions, force majeure events, or circumstances outside Bitval’s reasonable control.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bitval and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss arising out of or in connection with the Affiliate Program, including loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of opportunity, loss of goodwill, or loss of anticipated business.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bitval’s total liability arising out of or in connection with the Affiliate Program will not exceed the total commissions actually paid by Bitval to the relevant affiliate during the [three (3)] months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Bitval’s records, calculations, tracking data, compliance findings, and determinations relating to affiliate eligibility, referred activity, commission entitlement, tier assignment, and program administration will be final and binding, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
If there is any conflict between this Guide and a separate affiliate agreement signed or accepted by the affiliate, the separate affiliate agreement will prevail to the extent of that conflict.
