Our fee structure covers all services on the platform, including spot trading, perpetual futures trading, deposits, and withdrawals.
For spot and perpetual futures trading, estimated fees are displayed in a pre-trade preview, allowing you to review the full cost before confirming your order. Buy and sell orders are charged at the same rate, ensuring consistent and transparent pricing.
For withdrawals, the applicable fee and minimum amount are shown prior to submission in the withdrawal interface, so you always know the total cost before proceeding.
All displayed amounts include the full applicable charges. No additional platform fees or third-party costs will be added after confirmation.
To help you track and manage your activity, real-time rates and historical fee data are always accessible in your account dashboard.
We use a maker/taker model. Maker fee applies for a limit order, and a taker fee applies for a market order.
Maker fee: 0.2%
Taker fee: 0.2%
When buying, fees are charged in the base asset.
Example: Buying BTC in the BTC/USDT pair, the fee is in BTC.
When selling, fees are charged in the quote asset.
Example: Selling BTC in the BTC/USDT Pair, the fee is in USDT.
To support leveraged strategies, perpetual futures fees are lower.
Maker fee is 0.03%.
Example: Buy/Sell limit order for 1000 BTCUSDT, the fee is in USDT.
Taker fee is 0.075%.
Example: Buy/Sell market order for 1000 BTCUSDT, the fee is in USDT.
Perpetual trading fees are always collected in USDT from the remaining balance.
Funding Fees for Perpetual Contracts
Funding ensures that perpetual futures prices remain closely aligned with spot market prices. It is a periodic payment between long and short positions, exchanged every 8 hours (00:00, 08:00, 16:00 UTC). When the rate is positive, long positions pay shorts; when negative, shorts pay longs. The mechanism is applied automatically based on open positions and prevailing market conditions.
Formula:
Funding Fee = Position Value × Funding Rate
Position Value = Quantity × Mark Price
Example:
1 ETH × $5000 × 0.02% = $10 (paid by longs when the rate is positive (+0.02%)).
You can view the next rate and countdown in-app. Closing your position before the interval avoids the charge.
Withdrawals:
Bitval on-chain cryptocurrency withdrawal fees are not fixed; they depend on the specific coin and blockchain network chosen for the withdrawal plus a flat platform fee. The exact fee and minimum withdrawal amount for each cryptocurrency and its associated chain are displayed in the withdrawal window on the Bitval platform.
Deposits:
Deposits are free across all supported assets. Bitval does not charge deposit fees for any coin or network. Funds are credited automatically once the required blockchain confirmations for each asset are completed. Confirmation thresholds vary by network and are displayed before you initiate a transfer.
We may update our fees from time to time in response to market conditions or operational needs. For any material changes, we will provide at least 14 days’ notice through email and/or our website. By continuing to use the platform after such updates, you agree to the revised terms. Please note that any applicable third-party network fees (such as blockchain transaction fees) are your responsibility and may vary depending on the outbound wallet or network used. These fees are determined by external systems outside our control.
Please note that due to the inherent volatility of digital assets, the final execution price of an order may differ slightly from the amount displayed in the pre-trade preview. This variation is a result of market movement and not due to any additional fees or charges imposed by our platform. All fees are disclosed upfront and remain unchanged at the time of execution.
Deposits Disclaimer
Deposits made to the Bitval platform are free of charge. We do not apply any fees to incoming transfers. If you notice a discrepancy between the amount sent and the amount received, this may be due to network fees or deductions applied by the originating wallet, exchange, or blockchain network. These third-party transfer fees are outside of Bitval’s control and are not imposed by our platform.
Withdrawals Disclaimer
Cryptocurrency withdrawals from the Bitval platform are subject to a fee that includes a flat platform charge plus a variable network fee. The network fee is determined by the blockchain selected and may vary depending on factors such as network congestion and the specific cryptocurrency being withdrawn.
Withdrawal fees and minimum withdrawal amounts are not fixed and may differ between assets and networks. The exact fee applicable to your transaction is always displayed in the withdrawal window before confirmation. These fees are necessary to process and broadcast the transaction on the relevant blockchain and are not retained by Bitval beyond the disclosed platform fee.
